This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding product coverage and support.
1. Warranty Coverage
All IntercomX products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Functional failures under normal use
- Audio or connection issues not caused by external damage
If a defect occurs during the warranty period, we will replace the defective unit free of charge.
2. What We Will Do
If your product is confirmed to be defective under warranty:
- We will send a replacement unit (no repair required)
- No need to return the defective item in most cases
- Shipping cost for replacement will be covered by IntercomX
Our goal is simple: fast replacement, no hassle
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions
- Physical damage (drops, impact, crushed units, etc.)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery aging, accessories)
- Loss or theft
Products used outside their intended purpose are also not covered.
These exclusions follow standard industry practices for electronics warranties
4. Warranty Conditions
To qualify for warranty service:
- You must be the original purchaser
- Provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
- Contact us within the warranty period
This warranty is non-transferable.

IntercomX shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of use during the warranty process
- Any costs beyond the product value
Our liability is limited to replacement of the product only.
