Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
  • All orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. Please note that personalized or customized items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods

  • As our factory is located in ShenZhen, China, we will ship your package from China. We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs. The available shipping options will be displayed during the checkout process, and you can select the one that best suits your preferences and delivery timeframe.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to North America,Europe, Australia, New Zealand, East Asia. For orders over $100, we offer free shipping.  If you are located outside of these areas and wish to place an order, please contact our customer support for assistance.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method of your order. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout, allowing you to review and confirm the total cost before finalizing your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for each shipping method during checkout. For countries in North America, Europe and Oceania(Australia and New Zealand), the shipping time is about 10~12 working days. Please note that these are approximate delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and receive real-time updates on its status. International Shipping

  • For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may be levied by the destination country’s customs authority.  For European countries, you don’t need to pay import taxes, because we have pay the import taxes in our side when we ship the package. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fees.

Shipping Issues

  • In the rare event that you encounter any issues with the shipping of your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work diligently to resolve any problems and ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation and work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package from the carrier, we will contact the customer to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
